"Also being from Connecticut, I consider myself a real "critic" of fine kielbasa and have eaten it all of my life - thanks to Mom and my Grandmother. While traveling weekly to numerous countries around the world with my job, I always try to find a place to sample some kielbasa and/or some sort of sausage. And I can assure you, with the exception of some fine "white" kielbasa that Mom and I enjoyed when I took her to Poland, your kielbasa is truly superior. Nice homemade chicken soup has no equal, true, but it was always some of your kielbasa that made me feel better when I was younger.
